Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Management:
Provide visionary leadership to the team, inspiring excellence and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent, nurturing a high-performing team that is equipped to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support career development opportunities for team members.
Strategic Planning and Execution:Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and expansion.
Identify emerging market trends, client needs, and competitive threats to inform strategic decision-making and market positioning.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards strategic goals and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.
Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business challenges and objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and innovative solutions to address client needs and drive value.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and timely delivery of services.
Operational Excellence:Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize workflows and maximize productivity.
Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to achieve profitability targets and sustainable growth.Qualifications:
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5 years) in a leadership role within the IT industry, with a track record of success in managing teams and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and emerging technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
